37 PoK residents arrives, 3 Kashmiris cross to other side of LoC

SRINAGAR:
Thirty seven new residents of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) arrived here while only three Kashmiris crossed over to the other side of the Line of Control (LoC).
Twenty five people also returned to their respective places. They crossed sides at Kaman Post, the last Indian military post on this side of the LoC in Uri sector this afternoon, official sources said.   They said 37 PoK residents, including 11 women and two children, arrived at Kaman post after crossing the Peace Bridge, Aman Setu on foot. They said six Kashmiris, who had gone to PoK, also returned to their homes after completing stay across the border.
Sources said only three Kashmir residents, including two women, crossed over to other side of LoC while 19 resident of the PoK, including nine women and two children also returned to their homes.  The Karvan-e-Aman bus, operating between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad, capital of the PoK. was started on April 7, 2005.
