JWAM to continue agitation for establishment of AIIMS

JAMMU, June 1: The activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement JWAM) held a protest demonstration  and took out funeral procession of Narendra Modi  Government at the Centre and BJP-PDP Coalition Government in the State for non seriousness towards their commitment.
Addressing the protestors, Sunil Dimple, president JWAM said that the “Movement” will continue to indefinite agitation for the opening of the AIIMS in Jammu region, till the official order from the Union Health Ministry and PMO is received and the foundation stone of the AIIMS laid down in Jammu.
He also said the agitation to stop the NHAI road tax on the National Highway will continue as the Amarnath yatra is starting which is sheer discrimination with the Jammu region we will continue the Jan Andolan for the Jammu region.
Dimple warned that if AIIMS issue is not resolved soon, they will further call Jammu bandh and if need arises, continue protest demonstrations through out the region.
He said by this alliance with PDP, the BJP has backstabbed the people of the Jammu, as the region never voted BJP for entering into an alliance with pro-Pak PDP.
Dimple urged the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP to clear the stand on the AIIMS, road tax on NHAI and on new recruitment policy.
He out rightly rejected the Cabinet Sub Committee constituted under the chairmanship of the DyCM Nirmal Singh for its report this month on the new recruitment policy.
