JAMMU : In yet another ceasefire violation, Pakistani Rangers fired heavily on forward Border-out-Posts (BoPs) in Hiranagar Sector of Kathua.
“Pakistan rangers during mid-night resorted to unprovoked firing at BSF posts on the International Border (IB) in Kathua district,” official sources said here today.
They said the firing from Pakistan side started after 0010 hrs and lasted for nearly 15 minutes. BSF effectively retaliated to Pakistan firing, sources added.
One BSF jawan was critically injured in Hiranagar Sector in an unprovoked Pakistan firing.
Pakistan Army had also violated ceasefire on the LoC in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district yesterday. (AGENCIES)
