Governor, CM, Azad condole demise of Vilasrao Deshmukh

SRINAGAR, Aug 14: N N Vohra, Governor has condoled the sad demise of Vilasrao Deshmukh, Union Minister, who passed away today.
In a condolence message, the Governor conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that Mr. Deshmukh has contributed a lot for the welfare of people of the country. He said in the passing away of Vilasrao Deshmukh, the country has lost a great parliamentarian and sincere friend of the people.
Omar Abdullah conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul.
Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Ghulam Nabi Azad also expressed deep sorrow on the passing away of Vilasrao Deshmukh.
In a message Azad said: ” I am shocked to hear about the untimely demise of Vilasrao Deshmukh, a very promising and articulate leader who was loved by one and all. In his death, we lost a highly motivated human being who was always willing to help others in their need. It will be difficult to fill the void left by him.
Azad prayed to God to give courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss and rest the departed soul in peace.
