JAMMU, June 5: Employees Joint Action Committee, (EJAC) delegation led by its president A Q Wani called on Financial Commissioner, Naveen Chowdhary and discussed issues of employees today.
Wani discussed the employees issues which include regularization of temporary employee payment of GPF Bills, release of pending salary of 10 months of MPFPHW, removal of pay anomaly of indifferent grades of clerical cadre and in grades of Rs 6500-10500 pre-revised.
Mr Chowdhary assured the EJAC president that Department of Finance is seriously considering the issues of employees and by the end of June all GPF bills will be cleared and pay of FMPHW of Health and Family Welfare Department shall be released.
He also said that issue of regularization of daily wagers and temporary workers is genuine and this sensitive and important issue is vigorously being considered by the Finance Department for resolution and all the formalities are being completed.
