Soda hydro sulphate rises on restricted supply

NEW DELHI, June 6:  Soda hydro sulphate rose by Rs 10 per kg in the national capital today following fall in supplies from producing belts amid rising demand from consuming industries.
Soda hydro sulphate prices rose Rs 10 to settle at Rs 140-180 per kg.
Traders said pick up in demand from consuming industries against fall in supplies from producing belts mainly pushed up soda hydro sulphate prices.

Caustic soda flake (50 kg) Rs 1,850-1,950, Citric acid (50 kg) (China) Rs 3,600-3,800, Citric acid deshi (50 kg) Rs 3,800-4,000, Camphor slab (1 kg) Rs 360, Camphor powder (1kg) Rs 325, Glycerin (1 kg) Rs 140-160, Hexamine (1kg) Rs 95, Hydrogen peroxide (1 kg) Rs 36-50, menthol bold crystal (per kg) Rs 1,110, menthol flake (1 kg) Rs 1,100 and mentha oil (1kg) Rs 1,130.
