JAMMU, June 7: Akhil Bhartiya Aggarwal Sammelan was held today at Aggarwal Dharamshala here at Vivekananda Chowk.
The Sammelan coincided with the reaching of the Rath Yatra, which had started from Agroha and passed through the states of Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Himachal and National capital-New Delhi.
The members of Akhil Bhartiya Sammelan spread the message of Agrachetna, responsibility of Aggarwal’s towards society and the message of sadbhavana and peace for all. They also propagated the teachings of Maharaja Agrasen.
The function started with Havan and chanting of mantras and Puran Ahuti attended by senior members of Biradri including chief guest, Gopal Sharan Garg, general secretary of Akhil Bhartiya Aggarwal Sammelan.
Dewan Chand Bansal, president, Aggarwal Sabha, Hans Raj Aggarwal and Hardeep Aggarwal, both vice-presidents, Anup Mittal, general secretary, Naresh Aggarwal, secretary and Shambhu Aggarwal, treasurer, was also present on the occasion.
