School Education Officers apprise CEO of their demands

KATHUA, June 11: A delegation of School Education Officers Forum and Employees Co-ordination called on Chief Education Officer Kathua and submitted him a memorandum of demands.
The memorandum included demands like submission of APRs of I/c CEOs and equivalent Principles, ZEOs, lecturers, Headmasters as per format to Director School Education Jammu after consolidation vacancy position of lecturers and headmasters for regularization, implementation of rational and transparent transfer policy, sanctioning of clerical and other staff of five hanging zones of Kathua, rotational appointment of examination supervisory staff for preventing copying and corruption, salary grants of NP and NPS and RMSA Schemes, adjustment of 10 percent SSA deducted amount of 135 teachers of zone Malhar appointed after January-2010 onward to May-2013 and release of MDM grants to clear the pending liability of all zones of Kathua district.
Chief Education Officer Kathua gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured that all their demands will be given priority and departmental enquiry will be initiated for adjustment of deducted amount of SSA Zone Malhar. He said ARPs of I/c Principals, ZEOs, lecturers and headmasters are being set.
The delegation was led by Amar Nath Thakur and comprised of Yog Raj Singh Jasrotia, Kuldeep Singh, Bansi Lal, Ashoni Sharma, Tara Mani, Tara Sharma, Devinder Singh and Bharat Bhushan.
