NEW DELHI, June 13: Prices of steel continued to move in a narrow range in the national today in the absence of buying support, thus settling at last levels.
Traders said lack of worthwhile activity from construction units mainly kept prices at last levels in the wholesale steel market here.
Following are today’s quotations (in Rs per tonne):
Saria Kamdhenu: 8-mm Rs 46,500, 10-mm Rs 46,000, 12-mm Rs 43,600, 16-25 mm Rs 44,300.
Amba Shakti (TMT): 8-mm Rs 45,700, 10-mm Rs 43,400, 12-mm, Rs 42,400, 16-25 mm Rs 42,500.
MS Angle: (50×5) (50×6) Rs 42,000, (40×5) (40×6) Rs 42,800.
Angle Capital (ISI) (40X5) (40×6) Rs 44,100, (35X5)(65X6) Rs 44,600. Girder (125X65) Rs 41,000. (PTI)
