JAMMU, June 13: The dead body of a 32-year-old man, who had been missing for last two to three days, was recovered today from Ranbir canal in Mishriwala area of city outskirts.
The victim was identified as Bodh Raj son of Waryam Chand of Village Kalri in Kot Bhalwal area falling under the jurisdiction of police station Gharota.
He was missing from the past 5-6 days and a report in this regard stands registered at Gharota police station on June 10.
His body was recovered this morning from Ranbir canal in Mishriwala area falling under the limits of police station Kanachak.
The body was handed over to the family for last rites after conducting post mortem at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
