Clerical staff deputation meets CM, FM

SRINAGAR, June 13: A joint deputation of  the representatives of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association met the Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed and Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu here and projected their issues.
Led by Babu Hussain Malik, president of the Association, the members submitted a memorandum with charter of demands to them. They demanded that their pay anomalies be removed without any delay as already assured and worked out by the Government. They also demanded re-organisation of the clerical cadre by merging the posts of junior assistants as assistants, release of pending DA arrears, increase in medical allowance to Rs 2000 per month and dislocation allowance. They assured  the employees to look into their genuine issues.
Others who accompanied the deputation included Gh Rasool Mir, president Civil  Secretariat Non-Gazetted Employees Association, Bharat Bhushan, K A Dewani, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, Javed Ahmed Akhoon Munish Sharma, U S Pathania and others.
