SRINAGAR, June 14: The Enforcement wing of the Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) today seized a tipper which was carrying construction material inside Dal Lake in violation of the High Court orders.
According to LAWDA authorities, the tipper was seized near Miskeenbagh and the driver was arrested on the spot.
They said an FIR No: 42 was lodged against the driver in Police Station Khanyar.
