Lack of basic facilities in Ramban school

The Govt. Higher Secondary School Ramban has only one bathroom which is being used by both girls and boys. The drinking water facility is also in deplorable condition. There is not a single water purifier in the school. Govt. Higher Secondary School Ramban is one of the oldest school in Ramban district and presently more than 1200 students are receiving education in this school. Inspite of so many scheme like Swachh Bharat Abiyan, Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan etc. initiated by central Govt to promote cleaniness and provide sanitation facilities to people, these are lacking most of the schools in Ramban. I bring it in the notice of concerned authorities and Minister for Education to provide sanitation facilities in schools as early as possible, so that students may not suffer more.

Power cuts in Barnai
In  addition  to 08 hours scheduled cuts in electricity supply, we the inhabitants of Dharmal-Barnai-Anuradhapuram area are having additional unscheduled cuts, mainly during night hours, with lot of fluctuation and with  very low voltage. This low voltage with fluctuations has damaged our electric gadgets e.g. refrigerators, ACs, transformers etc. Besides, as the local PHED pumps do not get proper electricity supply, they are not in a position to lift water to OHTs, causing numerous problems to locals due erratic and irregular water supply during these  hot and humid days of summer.
In view of this, the concerned PDD authorities are requested to please look into this problem at the earliest and kindly supply electricity uninterruptedly with proper voltage and without any fluctuation.
We, the inhabitants are used to scheduled cuts for the last now more than  two decades, but PDD authorities may kindly consider not to increase cuts beyond 7-8 hours. Lot of difficulties are being faced particularly by old aged, infirm, ladies and children due to irregular and erratic electricity and water supply. We hope the concerned authorities may come to our rescue and mitigate our sufferings at the earliest and oblige.

Suryavanshi drains in bad condition
This is to draw the attention of the Jammu Municipal Corporation towards the deplorable condition of drains. The drains are choked and at times overflow onto the surface of roads. This has created unhygienic conditions in the colony.
Wish that sweepers are deployed on permanent basis to keep them clean.

Overcharing by vendors in Katra
This is to draw attention of the Katra Municipal authorities towards the exorbitant charges made by the fruit vendors in the holy town. As there is no check over vendors, vegetables and fruits are more costly here than any other town. The vendors fleece both pilgrims and local people. It brings a bad name to the Holy town.
It is requested to the administration to wake up to this reality by constituting a monitoring mechanism so that these vendors remain at bay.

Blacktop Gole-SOS-Talab Tillo road
We, the residents of Gole-SOS-Talab Tillo, Jammu bring into the kind notice of the Department concerned that  Gole SOS-Talab Tillo Jammu road is in bad condition. There are big holes and pits on the road with the result there is every apprehension of accidents as the vehicles on coming on both sides try to avoid the pot-holes. While doing so chances of accidents emerge. Even the old persons find it difficult to walk on such road especially during night hours. School going children  face difficulties during rains. The morning walkers too have to face difficulties while using the road.
As such it is requested to the concerned Department to blacktop the road so that the public of Gole-Talab-Tillo-Govindnagar Jammu may heave a sigh of relief.
