RAJOURI Aug 15: A full grown leopard has created terror in Garan Walla and Garan Pain villages and its surrounding areas in Nowshera tehsil and killed at least two dozen domestic animals of the villagers in just last three days.
Terrorised villagers have reported the matter to the Sub-Divisional administration and Forest and Wild Life authorities. A group of villagers led by some Panchayat members apprised the concerned authorities of the matter and demanded that wild animal be captured and sent to wild life Park as it has killed at least 26 animals in just last three days. The villagers whose animals have been killed are Kewel Singh, Abdul Majid, Balbir Singh, Jarasandh, Nissar Hussain, Abdul Rashid, Rattan Singh, Abdul Qayoom, and Safdar Hussain.
