JAMMU, June 26: For procurement of PDS sugar from open market for the year 2015-16, the Government has constituted a State level Purchase Committee.
The committee, headed by Administrative Secretary CAPD, comprises Director CAPD Jammu/Kashmir, Director Finance CAPD, representative of the Finance Department and Deputy Director (Planning) CAPD, as the members.
