Pahari Study Centre at BGSBU demanded

RAJOURI, June 26: Jammu Kashmir Pahari People’s Movement and Rashtriya Pahari Aandolan have jointly submitted a memorandum to the leader of BJP, Ravinder Raina (MLA) Nowshera-Sunderbani Constituency.
The memorandum was submitted by Shabaz Khan Chief Executive JKPPM and Vikrant Sharma , Chairman RPA, who demanded a Pahari Study Centre at BGSBU.
Shabaz Khan reiterated the long pending demand of ST status to the pahari people who have suffered a lot during the past many decades in their persuade towards getting their due right. Vikrant Sharma strongly emphasized on the development and evolution of Pahari culture, traditions, customs, values, ethics, literature art, craft, theater and festivals.
