JAMMU, June 27: In a petition filed by Dr Manoj Bhagat, who was suspended by the Health and Medical Education Department after he was trapped by the Vigilance Organization, Vacation Judge of High Court today directed the Commissioner Secretary Health to consider and decide in accordance with rules whether suspension of petitioner was required to be continued.
