JAMMU, July 1: Jagti migrants in a meeting today held under the chairmanship of Inder Ji Labroo president Samajwadi Party Minority Cell expressed concern over non issuance of ration cards to the relief holders till date.
The meeting said previously the ration slips were distributed in the month of April but this year the same is pending up to this time which has generated a lot of resentment among the displaced people in general and relief holders in particular.
The meeting also alleged that sub standard ration is being distributed among the migrants at ration depots. The meeting demanded construction of three satellite townships for migrants in Valley.
