JAMMU, Aug 16: Gujjar leaders from State Ch Gulzar Ahmed ( Ex-MLC) and Anam Hafiz Choudhary, members State Advisory Board for Development of Tribal People, met the Union Minister for Communication and IT, Sachin Pilot, in Delhi and extended an invitation to visit Rajouri and Poonch districts.
During the meeting with young Pilot, these Gujjar leaders discussed the burning issues of the Tribal community of the State and said that his father Late Rajesh Pilot had contributed a lot for the welfare of these people in the State and other parts of the country. They said this community is facing lot of hardships and their issues should be taken up with the Union Government. They also extended an invitation to Sachin Pilot to the Poonch and Rajouri area. The minister accepted the proposal and assured to visit there after Eid.
