KISHTWAR, July 9: The Chenab Valley Students’ Association (CVSA) today demanded Government Degree College for Paddar area of Kishtwar district.
Talking to media persons here today, State president of CVSA, Mehran Anjum Mir said that the MoS and MLA Kishtwar Sunil Kumar Sharma during his recent visit at Padder, had made the announcement of opening Government Degree College there from this session but during the Board meeting, held at Doda, no announcement for such college was made.
Mir appealed the Minister to fulfill his promise and warned that the students would have no option other then to protest if no action is taken over the demand.
