JAMMU, July 9: The State Government today accorded sanction for placement of 10 Incharge Executive Engineers of Civil in Public Works ( R&B) Department as Incharge Superintending Engineers and consequent upon their promotion, transfers and postings of 23 SEs were also ordered.
Those promoted as Incharge Superintending Engineers, include Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Rajinder Kumar Saproo, Showkat Hussain Koul, Abdul Majid Shubnam, Devinder Kumar Khanna, Ghulam Jeelani, Ashok Kumar Kapoor, Showkat Ahmad Wani, Ramesh Kumar Makroo and Sami Arif Yasvi.
Consequent upon their promotion, transfers and postings of 23 Incharge SEs in Public Works (R&B) Department, was ordered with immediate effect.
Sita Ram Dogra, SE R&B Circle Leh, has been transferred and posted as SE PMGSY Jammu vice Bachan Lal, who has been transferred and posted as SE SQC, PMGSY against available vacancy.
Ram Murti Gupta has been transferred from PMGSY Udhampur to Chenab Valley Power Project Pvt Ltd against available vacancy, Umar Farooq from R&B Circle Anantnag Kupwara to R&B Circle Baramulla Kupwara vice Abdul Majid Khan, P D Pangotra from Technical Education Department to RDD Jammu, A K Gandotra from PMGSY Circle Srinagar to ERA Jammu, D K Razdan from R&B Doda to SIDCO J&K and Des Raj from R&B Circle Rajouri/Poonch to R&B Circle Doda/Kishtwar vice D K Razdan.
Kushal Chand, who was attached with Administrative Department, has been transferred and posted as SE Jammu Municipal Corporation against available vacancy, Bashir Ahmad was transferred from R&B Circle Ganderbal to ERA Kashmir, Abdul Majid Khan from R&B Circle Baramulla Kupwara to R&B Circle Shopian/Pulwama, Tashi Chumbal from PMGSY Leh to R&B Circle Leh vice Sita Ram Dogra while Abdul Rashid Fani, who was attached with Administrative Department, has been transferred and posted as SE Road Safety Council against available vacancy.
Among those promoted as Incharge Superintending Engineers, Nisar Ahmad Bhat has been transferred from R&B Division Budgam and posted as SE R&B Circle Srinagar/ Budgam while Rajinder Kumar Saproo, TO to Chief Engineer (R&B) Jammu, shall continue as TO to Chief Engineer R&B Jammu, in the capacity of Incharge SE.
Promotee Showket Hussain Koul has been transferred from PMGSY Division Pulwama to PMGSY Srinagar vice A K Gandotra, Abdul Majid Shubnam from R&B Rajouri to R&B Circle Rajouri/Poonch vice Des Raj, Devinder Kumar Khanna from SIDCO Jammu to PMGSY Udhampur vice Ram Murti Gupta, Ghulam Jeelani from SSA to Circular Road Project Srinagar, Ashok Kumar Kapoor from CVPP to JDA, Showkat Ahmad Wani from JKPCC to R&B circle Anantnag/Kulgam vice Umer Farooq, Ramesh Kumar Makroo from JKPCC to PMGSY Batote and Sami Arif Yasvi from R&B Ganderbal to R&B Circle Ganderbal/Bandipora vice Bashir Ahmad Bhat.
