“Apart from developmental deprivation, a sense of political disempowerment is gaining roots among people with rudderless coalition looking towards New Delhi on every issue”, Mr Rana said while paying homage to Madr-e-Meharban Begum Akbar Jehan on her 15th death anniversary at a function at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan here this morning.
