I, would like to draw the attention of the Chairman BOPEE towards the flaws and irregularities in the on going counselling for BE course 2015-16. Through notification No. 49, one hundred and eleven candidates for TFW category were called for counselling. Out of which only 61 seats were filled and 50 seats were left vacant. Now BOPEE is conducting the counselling of this catagory without any schedule to give edge to the left out candidates for reasons best known to the BOPEE. These 50 seats were to be filled during the second round of counselling for the candidates next in the merit list. Daily seat matrix shows that BOPEE is still filling these seats stepping aside all the norms. This is causing confusion and apprehension in the minds of the candidates. It appeals as something wrong is going on in the system.
Therefore, you are requested to personally look into the matter and restore the faith of the candidates in the system.
