NEW DELHI, July 20: Refined soya oil prices were down by 0.65 per cent to Rs 560.45 per 10 kg in futures trade today as traders trimmed positions, driven by easing demand at spot market.
At National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in October moved down by Rs 3.65, or 0.65 per cent to Rs 560.45 per 10 kg with an open interest of 91,300 lots.
Likewise, the oil contract for delivery in August eased by Rs 3.20, or 0.55 per cent to Rs 574 per 10 kg in 1,76,585 lots.
Analysts said offloading of positions by participants due to subdued demand in the spot market mainly weighed on refined soya oil prices at futures trade. (PTI)
