Srinagar, July 20: Fire broke out at Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial (JLNM) hospital in Rainawari area of Old City here today.
Police said the blaze, which broke out in the old building of the hospital last evening, caused massive damage.
To douse the flames, fire tenders rushed towards the hospital and with the help of police and JLNM staff, the fire was put under control. No loss of life was reported.
