JAMMU, July 24: SPS Hospitals today launched OPD center at IR Clinic, Janipur, Jammu.
With the launch of OPD center, SPS Hospitals has become one of the few hospitals in the region to offer this specialized service.
Dr Kapil Chib, Joint Director, Medical Services, SPS Hospitals welcomed Dr Pawan Suri, Senior Consultant, Department of Interventional Cardiology, Dr Rahul Kohli, Senior Consultant and Co-Ordinator, Department of Nephrology, Dr Rahul Bhan, Senior Consultant, Department of Joint Replacement, Dr Sandeep Sharma, Head, Department of Interventional Neuroradiology and Dr Rajeev Kapila, Senior Consultant, Department of ENT surgery who will examine the patients during multispeciality camp on July 26 and during OPD services at IR Clinic.
Commenting on the occasion, Dr Chib said, “SPS hospitals is the first hospital in South East Asia to get accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International), USA within 2 years of operations”.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Pawan Suri said, “SPS heart institute is a centre of excellence in cardiac care providing world class care to patients with varied cardiac conditions. The commitment of our cardiologists to the prevention and treatment of heart disease has led to the achievement of better outcomes and improved quality of life for thousands of cardiac patients in last 10 years”.
Dr Rahul Bhan spoke about joint problem viz. Arthritis, whereas Dr Sandeep Sharma spoke about Neuroradiology.
Dr Rajeev Kapila said that SPS Hospitals is taking series of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in Jammu region along with spreading public awareness. Also cashless facility is available to all health insurance patients i.e. ICICI Lombard etc.
