Jammu, Aug 1: Cautioning people of Jammu against false, mischievous and motivated campaign unleashed by  disgruntled political elements, Minister of Health & Medical Education Ch. Lal Singh said that Jammu has got AIIMS and the issue is now settled as per the aspirations of Jammu people.
