SRINAGAR, Aug 1: Governor N. N. Vohra, President, Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) J&K, has appointed, Prof (Dr.) Nusrat Andrabi, a senior member of the State Managing Committee of the Indian Red Cross Society J&K for the past over 6 years as Honorary Secretary, Regional Red Cross Committee .
Prof. Andrabi, a Professor of Urdu for 30 years, former Principal, Govt. College for Women, Srinagar, and has served as Principal of three Women Colleges in the State. She has written several books on women issues and has also participated in several national and international conferences.
