Srinagar, Aug 3: Scores of employees of Health and Family Welfare Department today protested against Government and demanded their withheld salaries.
The female employees converged at press enclave here and started anti-Government slogans. They said that their salaries have been withheld from last 15 months.
Another protesting employee said that they are on verge of bankruptcy as their resources have been exhausted.
The employees said that they are working selflessly but government is not paying any heed to their genuine demand.
On the occasion, the agitating health employees said that they won’t return to work till their salaries are released by the Government.
