RAJOURI, Aug 5: Rashtriya Rifles battalion under the aegis of RR Force headquarters, has initiated pension verification drive for ex-servicemen and widows of the soldiers in tehsil Kalakote.
The team addressed pension verifications details of 217 pensioners resulting in resolving arrears of Rs 17 lakh till date. The Army has launched door- to- door campaign along with pensioner awareness drive, preparation of Aadhar Cards, information of recruitment rallies, details of Project Udaan etc. for the benefit of soldiers’ families.
