RAJOURI, Aug 6: The police seized seven bovine animals and arrested two smugglers in Budhal area of district Rajouri early today.
A police spokesman said that SHO Budhal, Kuldip Raj during a nakka on the out skirts of Budhal town, intercepted seven bovine animals and detained two persons. They failed to provide any valid documents. The police seized the animals and arrested both the persons. They were identified as Ashiq Hussain, son of Diwan Baksh and Mohd Jamil, son of Mohd Din, residents of Danote in Budhal. They were moving to Kashmir via Gullar. A case has been registered against them.
