Patwar Association submits memorandum to DC

KATHUA, Aug 6: All Jammu and Kashmir Patwar Association submitted a memorandum of demands to Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kathua.
In the memorandum, the association demanded preparation of seniority list of patwaries and uploading of the same on official site, release of salaries of newly appointed patwaries selected by BOPEE in the year 2013 pending for the past one year, release of stipend for the patwaries selected by the BOPEE under NPS in the year 2013 and preparation of the service books.
Through memorandum, the association requested that the APRs of the revenue officials are not furnished well in time by the dealing Assistants/ DDOs as a result most of the patwaries and girdawars consume their time for the same which suffers official work for one of the most confidential and important paper of an official.
The association through memorandum stated that there are some patwaries whose “in-Situ” promotion is due for more than four years and demanded the redressal of the issue at the earliest.
