JU TBS organizes interactive session

Jammu, Aug 7: The Business School, University of Jammu organized an Interaction session with Nirmal Bhardawaj, CEO, Resurgent Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. Nirmal Bhardawaj, who is an alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad, interacted with the students of MBA, MBA-IB, MBA-H&T and shared his own experiences with them. While addressing the students he emphasized upon the essence of learning, knowledge and education for students and he accosted that in the pursuit of knowledge, there are no answers and if one tries to find out answers to the unflinching and unshrinking questions, one will reach the pinnacles of success.
He also counseled the students to break the shackles of learning and stressed that they must learn new things that are happening across the globe. While sharing his experiences with students, he motivated and encouraged them to discover their latent talents and suggested them to ask themselves what interests them which they won’t get bored of.
Discussing the importance of inventions and technology in today’s era and emphasizing on the vitality of deference, he quoted that one must respect oneself before expecting anybody to respect him/her, one must love oneself before expecting anybody to love him/her and one must value one’s own existence before expecting anybody to value his/her existence.
He also emphasized upon the management challenges in digital age and advised students to find out optimal solutions to overcome those challenges in the future climate.
