JKGBOA demands installation of Chairman

JAMMU, Aug 17: To discuss the issues concerning the interest of the employees and the bank as a whole, J&K Grameen Bank Officer’s Association (JKGBOA) called an emergency meeting, here today.
The members said that the Grameen Bank operating in the State, being sponsored by J&K Bank is headless since July 4, 2015.
The members said that the bank is facing multiple problems in absence of the Chairman from last one and a half month.
The meeting appealed the Govt to install a Chairman on Grameen Bank at an earliest and warned to take the agitational path if the demand is not fulfilled.
