Skill development

Sir,
It is praise worthy that present Central Government has laid  much emphasis on skill development. There should be rigorous training so that our youth can compete with highly technical persons of developed Nations and can earn their livelihood. Highly trained technical people can get jobs in other countries and can contribute in Nation building.
Spoon feeding, giving subsidy on things will not help to raise standard of poor people. It can be done by giving people good quality training (skill development) besides controlling increasing population. No scheme can be fruitful unless population is controlled. It has been seen that rich people have one or two children but poor people have generally 5-6 children. Unless that population is  controlled our nation will not progress.
Yours etc…
