JDA removes concrete structures

JAMMU, Aug 18: Jammu Development Authority (JDA) removed 2 concrete structures including one compound wall raised illegally in Khanpur area of Nagrota constituency.
Moreover, JDA also removed 12 temporary Khokhas in village Jagti, Nagrota and Khanpur and 10 banners/obstructions which were creating hurdles in smooth functioning of traffic.
The enforcement team on the directions of Mubarak Singh, Vice Chairman, JDA, under the supervision of Director Land Management Gurvinder Jeet Singh and comprising of Chief Khilafwarzi Officer Narinder Singh, KWO, Zone-B Pankaj Singh Sambyal and Girdhari Lal Pandita, Khilafwarzi Inspector removed the encroachments and retrieved the JDA land from the trespassers.
Police team from Nagrota police station led by SHO Inspector Dalip Singh extended full cooperation in removing the encroachment.
