JAMMU, Aug 22: MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta toured Shalamar to kick start various developmental works. The residents and the shopkeepers of the Shalamar narrated their problems to the MLA Rajesh Gupta. The problems concerning the dilapidated condition of the lanes, drains foot paths and street lights was also brought before the MLA. On the spot instruction were issued to start the work.
On the occasion the residents and the shopkeepers of the colony felicitated the MLA for all round development of the constituency.
While speaking in the function Rajesh Gupta said that ever since the BJP Government has come to power it has made a qualitative difference in the lives of the people. On an everyday basis new projects are being taken up for the welfare of the people of Jammu East Constituency. Another aspect of my work is the speed of implementation and the close monitoring of the ongoing works and projects.
