JAMMU, Aug 24: Managing Director, SIDCO, Amit Sharma emphasized on adopting a proactive approach towards completion of all pending projects in stipulated time frame for bringing drastic improvement in the financial health of SIDCO.
He said this while reviewing the functioning of SIDCO with the senior functionaries including GM Personnel and Administration, GM Finance, GM Legal and Banking and GM Kashmir Region.
Sharma asked the participants to develop total professional and innovative outlook to revive the lost glory of this top Corporation of J&K Government.
He defined top priority areas as employee welfare and redressal of their genuine issues. He also reiterated that all associations and industry confederations will be involved in future towards suggesting better plans for making J&K a top industrial destination of the nation as visualized by Industries and Commerce Minister Chander Parkash Ganga.
All the staff and GMs assured MD Amit Sharma of total cooperation and positive role towards making SIDCO a model corporation of the State.
