KATHUA, Aug 22: Continuing its efforts to reach out to Veer Naris (widows of war heroes), an interactive session was organised by Arsenal Brigade here today.
The aim of the session was to give due recognition to the sacrifices made by the better halves of the Veer Naris as also to ameliorate problems if any being faced by them.
The function was attended by about 40 Veer Naris besides other ladies of serving and retired soldiers.
Senior Director, FWO, addressing the Veer Naris expressed resolve and commitment of Arsenal Brigade to be always with them. The event concluded with senior FWO giving away gifts to Veer Naris and assured them for all possible assistance for their welfare.
