JAMMU, Sept 11: The District Magistrate Jammu has ordered prohibition of protest dharnas and rallies in the parking area of Press Club Jammu.
The order in this regard, under section 133 of CrPC, was issued in reference to the letter of Secretary General Press Club Jammu pointing out the problems being faced by the Club members due to protest dharnas in the premises.
According to order number 84-DMJ of 2015, dated 9-9-2015, the District Magistrate considers it appropriate that the nuisance pointed out by the Press Club Jammu should be removed from the parking area of PCJ.
