JAMMU, Sept 11: Special Excise Mobile Magistrate, Jammu Y P Sharma has forwarded the complaint of Manjit Singh Rissam into the much publicized death of Dr Bhupinder Singh to Police Station Gandhi Nagar for compliance.
“In view of allegations made in the complaint, the same in original is sent to SHO Police Station Gandhi Nagar for taking necessary action under law after verifying allegations in the light of direction of Supreme Court delivered in case titled Lalita Kumari Versus Government of UP”, the order said.
