JAMMU, Sept 16: Principal Sessions Judge Samba, M L Manhas today rejected the bail application of two real brothers namely Mangal and Vijay Kumar, who were arrested by the police in kidnapping and rape case.
After hearing PP Bhupinder Singh Charak for the State whereas Advocate KL Verma for the accused, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “leniency in such matters would be really a case of misplaced sympathy”. Accordingly, court rejected the bail application.
