KATRA, Sept 17: In separate incidents, two pilgrim of Mata Vaishno Devi died here today due to heart attack.
Mohinder (60), son of late Rameshwer Dayal of Jakharana, distt Alwar in Rajastan, suffered massive heart attack near Alok Point while on way to the Bhawan. He reportedly died on the spot and later his body was shifted to CHC Katra for further legal formalities.
Another pilgrim, namely Umashankar, son of Uma Padha of Nadia West Bengal, also died due to heart attack.
Meanwhile, in a collision of Alto 800 and tipper near Lassini Morh, Agar Jitoo, one Rani Devi, wife of Raj Kumar of Mahri, Reasi, sustained injuries. She was shifted to CHC Katra and her condition was stated to be stable.
