RAJOURI, Sept 17: The police seized 13 bovine animals from Targayeen village in Budhal area last night.
Reports said that a police naka party led by SHO Budhal, Insp Kuldeep Raj, under the supervision of ASP Tejinder Singh intercepted 13 bovine animals at Targayeen last night. Three persons accompanying the milch animals managed to escape taking cover of darkness.
The police suspected that the animals were being smuggled to Kashmir via Budhal and Shopian. The police seized the animals and registered a case FIR No. 68/2015 in this connection.
