SRINAGAR, Sept 20: Police today said four structures were damaged in two separate fire incidents while a man was also injured in blaze.
A police spokesman said that fire broke out in the residential houses belonging to Nazir Ahmad Dar and Assadullah Dar at Duroo in Sopore area of Baramulla district, resulting in partial damage to both the houses. “Fire was brought under control with the help of police and local of the area,” the spokesman said.
Meanwhile, he said, fire erupted at Diyaroo in Shopian district resulting in damage to a residential house belonging to Ghulam Nabi Bhat and a cow shed of Ghulam Qadir Wani. “In the incident, a person namely Gulzar Ahmad Bhat was also injured. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and police,” the spokesman added.
