UDHAMPUR, Sept 21: Eight persons were injured when a bus, they were traveling in, rolled down into a deep gorge at village Amroh, about 12 km from Ramnagar, this afternoon.
The bus, bearing registration number JK02G-9048, was on its way from Basantgarh to Ramnagar when it rolled down about 50 feet deep near Amroh. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar.
The injured were identified as Rallo Devi (25) wife of Subash Chander of Gandh Top, Kamla Devi (32) wife of Bishan Dass of Basantgarh, Sharda Devi (45) wife of Kartar Chand of Keya, Subash Chander (30) son of Paras Ram of Gandh Top, Jia Lal (26) son of Guddu of Gandh Top, Sabar Singh (35) son of Shanker Dass of Shatrari, Kartar Chand (55) son of Chanu of Kiya and Agya Ram (50) son of Rupa of Jakhad.
