UDHAMPUR, Sept 23: A middle aged man was found dead under mysterious circumstances on the roadside near Kasar Morh Kud.
Identity of the deceased as well as cause of death could not be ascertained immediately. Police shifted the body to Sub District Hospital Chenani for identification and postmortem. A case has been registered in this connection at Kud Police Station.
Meanwhile, a pedestrian was injured when an unknown vehicle hit him on the National Highway at Battal Ballian Bye-Pass, this evening.
The injured was identified as Nazeer Ahamed (24) son of Abdul Mohammad of Channi Morh Udhampur.
