NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for PSLV-C30’s successful launch of India’s Multi Wavelength Space Observatory, ASTROSAT.
“Well done ISRO. This is one more grand accomplishment for Indian science and our scientists”, the PM said after the textbook launch by ISRO which put into orbit a 1,513-kg ASTROSAT satellite, the first space observatory from its spaceport in Sriharikota overlooking Bay of Bengal. (AGENCIES)
