JAMMU, Oct 3: A large number of devotees drawn from different parts of Jammu thronged the Mata Roop Bhawani Bhawan at Tirath Nagar, Talab Tillo and Mata Roop Bhawani Temple at Sharda Colony Patoli Brahmana where the Maha Yagyas were Performed on the Sahib Saptami today.
The Yagyas started at both the shrines yesterday evening and Puranahuti was performed this afternoon. The disciples chanted the Vedic hymns and Bhawani Shalokas. The devotees were served Prashad after Puranahuti.
Besides hawan the Bhajan Kirtan was held at both shrines for entire day by the devotees under the lotus feet of Mata Roop Bhawani.
