JAMMU, Aug 25: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (NPP) president and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia has criticized major coalition partner Congress for its double speak on important issues concerning common masses of the State.

Addressing a press conference here today, Balwant Singh Mankotia lambasted Congress for its double speaks on all the issues concerning the welfare of people of the State.
